Ahhh, feels good to get a bit gritty.
so I am making up a quick portfolio for an upcoming con, and thought I would revisit some of my old demons. I did Red Sonja sample pages for my first portfolio review two years ago, and what a review it was. I don't think I have ever had my dreams crushed so heavily than that first con experience, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. For all the aspiring artist such as myself, if you don't think your good enough to do reviews, and your waiting until you get a little bit better before you dive in, then you're wasting time, just do it! You will learn so much from that first con experience and you will come back a changed artist the next time!

Appreciate you sharing your experience, insight, and advice. In many ways even applicable to us non-artists. Funny. Because my first thought upon seeing this artwork was " that's on a whole nother level". New follower here. Gonna have to come back and see more of your art. Hope that portfolio is on display. 🤩
